The Program has two components: Three Months Internship Program and 12-15 Months Young Finance Leaders Talents Development Program.

Internship Program
HST proudly presents the HST Skill Academy, featuring an intensive Internship Program across various disciplines. The Internship Program, spanning three months, is designed for unversity students and high school graduates seeking practical exposure. Participants will work within HST departments while engaging in an immersive skill development curriculum. Many graduates transition into positions within HST or explore opportunities elsewhere, enriched by their experience.
The Program is open to High school graduates; Colleges/University students; non accounting and finance university graduates.
